Valentine Couture

Trying to get organized for Valentine's Day is almost as crazy as Christmas - almost!  The kids have to have their valentines, something for their teacher, friends, family, etc.  I wanted to design some cute tags for somce valentines for the young women that I teach, something a teenager would love.  I really love the look of couture designs and I knew that it would go over big with the girls.  Look you got lucky too since I am sharing my rockin' tags and a couple ideas that I used them for.  Here is the Valentine Couture link to download the tags.

I love going to the dollar store to find cute containers I can use for gifts and these baby shower favor boxes are a regular favorite of mine.  They come in blue, pink, yellow, and green.  I picked up some pink ones and put chocolates inside.

 I added some ribbon and netting to continue the lacey look from around the edges of the tags.

 I also used them on these little boxes of chocolates.  I first wrapped the chocolates with a small doily.

 Then I add the tag, ribbon, and netting.  They turned out really cute and I used them for door prizes at our PTO meeting.  They were a big hit!
