It's strawberry season here in California. I love a good strawberry recipe and this is one of my favorite, especially since it is SO easy. You could probably make two pies with all the creamy goodness, but if you like the cream stick it all in one crust. A favorite for our family is also to buy the little mini graham cracker crusts. I think they come six to a pack, maybe eight. Then each person in our family has their own little pie. Usually there is extra pies and a fight about who gets them! It's making my mouth water right now!
Strawberry Cream Pie
1 graham cracker crust
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip or whipped cream (extra good)
Fresh strawberries
Strawberry glaze
Mix cream cheese, sugar, and cool whip together. Spread into graham cracker crust. Top with sliced strawberries and glaze.
